What kind of material do you use to make my rug?

Printing images on rugs isn’t easy but we took the time to sample materials and the manufacturing process to ensure we got it right!

Aerial rugs are 100% polyester with a woven front that provides durable wear. PVC dots create an anti-slip back, holding the rug firmly in place

Gentle vacuuming and spot cleaning with cold water are recommended.

How long will it take to get my custom rug?

Our custom rugs take 5 to 7 business days to create. Once finished, we immediately ship your masterpiece and provide you with a tracking number via email.

Shipment times vary based on your location. Estimated transit times will be displayed during checkout for your convenience.

What about shipping?

Aerial Rug products are shipped both domestically and to a select number of international destinations.

Personalized (custom) orders typically take 1-2 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order, so order early!

We do offer returns and exchanges on most products. Read carefully!

We accept returns or exchanges up to 14 days after the courier-recorded delivery date.

Don't want it? Want to change it?

For domestic returns, please email us at hello@aerialrugs.com first. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Follow the instructions under "How do I get started?" below.

How do I get started?

To begin your return, email hello@aerialrug.com with the subject line: RETURN REQUEST: ORDER XXXXX.

Please wait for our reply before mailing back your package.

Instructions will be sent upon approval from an Aerial Rug team member. We will not accept any packages that have not been authorized for return or exchange.

How long will it take?

Once we receive the package, please allow 5 business days for Aerial Rug to process the return or exchange. For returns, check with your bank, credit card, or other method of payment to confirm the refund. If the refund hasn't posted after two weeks, please contact us directly hello@aerialrugs.com

What if it was a gift?

Please email us at hello@aerialrugs.com with "GIFT RETURN" in the subject line. We are happy to offer exchanges or electronic gift cards for the value of the item.
