 We accept returns or exchanges up to 14 days after the courier-recorded delivery date.

For domestic returns, please email us at hello@aerialrugs.com first. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Follow the instructions under "How do I get started?" below.

How do I get started?

To begin your return, email hello@aerialrug.com with the subject line: RETURN REQUEST: ORDER XXXXX. 

Please wait for our reply before mailing back your package.

Instructions will be sent upon approval from an Aerial Rug team member. We will not accept any packages that have not been authorized for return or exchange.

How long will it take?

Once we receive the package, please allow 5 business days for Aerial Rug to process the return or exchange. For returns, check with your bank, credit card, or other method of payment to confirm the refund. If the refund hasn't posted after two weeks, please contact us directly hello@aerialrugs.com

What if it was a gift?

Please email us at hello@aerialrugs.com with "GIFT RETURN" in the subject line. We are happy to offer exchanges or electronic gift cards for the value of the item.
